Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a Tier 1 Legal 500 company, based in Devon, which is looking for a solicitor with a passion for property law and a commitment to supporting charitable organisations. They are seeking an enthusiastic Solicitor to join their Charities Property team and play a crucial role in helping their clients navigate the unique challenges of property management in the charitable sector.

ROLE: Property Solicitor - Charities Team

LOCATION: Devon - hybrid working

SALARY: £60,000 to £75,000

The role of a Property Solicitor

• Advising charitable organisations on all aspects of property law, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
• Ensuring compliance with charity law and regulations related to property transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with experience in property law, ideally within the charitable sector.
• Strong understanding of charity law and its implications for property transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
