Property Operations Director

Job Description

Our Client based in Bristol are currently recruiting for a Service Director to join their Property Operations Team.

This is a full time, permanent role offering hybrid working and a salary of £90,000 per year.

The purpose of the role is to lead the repairs and maintenance service, you'll need to be an advocate for quality assurance and cost controls, safe and consistent systems of work, as well as data and reporting accuracy. You'll be comfortable with collaboration, working with colleagues and stakeholders to solve problems and ensure key metrics are delivered.

Requirements:

  • Senior leadership with experience of successfully leading complex responsive property operations (i.e. Repairs and maintenance, facilities management, planned investment services or similar), with demonstrable results
  • Effectively leading and overseeing property health and safety servicing compliance (M&E, fire asbestos etc.), preferably with a detailed understanding of statutory landlord safety and the
  • requirements of the Building Safety Act
  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve great business and customer outcomes
  • CIH level 5 qualification or willingness to work towards
