Job Description
Service Care Legal are currently working with a reputable law firm, based in Exeter, which is in need of qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with 1- 4 years of in Property Litigation work to join their Dispute Resolution Department.
ROLE: Property Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive
LOCATION: Exeter
SALARY: £45,000 to £60,000
The Person:
- Handle Property Litigation cases whilst providing excellent client care services
- Attend court and tribunal hearings
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
The Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience as a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive Property Litigation work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
