Service Care Solutions is working on behalf of a long-standing and reputable law firm, based in Norwich, which needs a Property Litigation Lawyer to join their team. If you have a strong background in residential property, landlord and tenant disputes, commercial property issues and boundary disputes then this could be the perfect career move for you!
This role is paying a competitive salary of £50,000 to £70,000 (negotiable) per annum.
Key Responsibilities Of The Property Litigation Lawyer Role:
- Handling a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including residential and commercial property disputes.
- Advising and representing clients in landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals, rent recovery, and possession claims.
- Managing complex boundary disputes and issues related to rights of way.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients on commercial property litigation, including breaches of contract and disputes over property ownership.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, offering guidance and support to ensure high-quality client service.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in property litigation.
- Proven experience in handling a wide range of property disputes, particularly in residential, landlord and tenant, and commercial property matters.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
