Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Practice Nurse to support a GP in Elsmere Port on a Locum Basis.
Location: Elsmere Port, Cheshire
Rates of Pay: £28 p/h + £250 Welcome Bonus
System: EMIS
Duration: Until 17th January
Days per Week: Up to 5 days per week
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Practice Nurse to join the team in Elsmere Port, Cheshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced nurse to provide high-quality care in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general nursing care in a general practice setting
- Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Manage patient assessments, treatments, and follow-ups
- Administer vaccinations, screenings, and health checks
- Support the clinical team with a variety of duties and ensure the highest standard of patient care
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Practice Nurse in a general practice setting
- Proficiency in the EMIS Web system
- Current NMC and DBS Registration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
