Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in reviewing patients' medication profiles to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and effectiveness of prescribed medications.
- Support in medication therapy management (MTM) by identifying drug interactions, contraindications, and any potential issues with patient compliance.
- Prepare, label, and dispense medications as per the pharmacist’s instructions, including controlled substances or specialty medications for MMT and ACT patients.
- Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions, medication dispensation, and any issues encountered regarding medication management.
- Fully enhanced valid DBS
- Must have Pharmacist qualification
- A minimum of 12 months post qualification experience is desired.
- Must be willing to live on Isle of Man for 3 – 5 months.

£37ph LTD | PAYE Inclusive: £33.08
We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
