Pay Rate: Band 5 or 6 | Dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare, compound, and dispense medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.
- Verify patient prescriptions and ensure adherence to dosages and protocols.
- Verify current medications against prescriptions to prevent errors, omissions, or duplications.
- Monitor and manage medication inventory to ensure availability and minimize waste.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and rotate stock to prevent expiration.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fully enhanced valid DBS
- Basic medicine management experience
- Must have Pharmacy Technician qualification
- Must be able to travel between team bases & across trust.
