Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known law firm based in West Yorkshire. They are looking for a Defendant Personal Injury Litigator to join their expanding legal team.

This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000 – 65,000 annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities as a Personal Injury Litigator :

Manage a caseload of defendant personal injury claims from pre-litigation through to trial or settlement.
Liaise with clients, witnesses, medical experts, and other key stakeholders.
Draft pleadings, motions, witness statements, and other legal documents.

About you as a Personal Injury Litigator :

A UK qualified solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive
At least 3 years of experience in Personal Injury
Strong client care and communication skills.
