Position: Occupational Therapist
Specialisation: Rapid Intervention & Treatment team

Shift Pattern: 15 hours per week | 7-day service.
Pay Rate: Band 5 or 6 dependent on experience. (Rate to be discussed)

Responsibilities:

• The post holder supports the delivery of the community services through the provision assessment, treatment, planning and delivery of evidence based occupational therapy interventions.
• Treat children with conditions like cerebral palsy, spina bifida, muscular dystrophy, developmental delays, or sports injuries.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and adjust plans as needed.
• Use exercises, stretches, and manual therapy to enhance patient strength, mobility, balance, and coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fully enhanced valid DBS
• Experience working within OT role.
• BSc in Occupational Therapy required.

Rate Breakdown:
Band 6 - £27ph LTD | PAYE Inclusive: £24.29
Band 5 - £21ph LTD | PAYE Inclusive
We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
