Job Title: Multi-Trade Technician (Carpentry)

Work Pattern: 08:00am - 17:00pm

We are excited to announce an opening for a Multi-Trade Carpenter Technician within our client's Reactive Repairs department. This role is vital for providing high-quality carpentry and maintenance services to our residents, ensuring that we meet our commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction and efficient repairs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performing carpentry repairs and maintenance in accordance with Building Regulations and Health and Safety Legislation.
• Ensuring all carpentry works are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Diagnosing and fixing carpentry issues on the first visit whenever possible.
• Maintaining excellent communication with residents, keeping them informed throughout the repair process.
• Using mobile devices to manage work orders and submit necessary paperwork.
• Working collaboratively with the team to complete larger projects.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of working in a direct labour service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Relevant trade qualifications (City and Guilds, NVQ levels 2 and 3) or equivalent experience in carpentry.
• Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving license.
