We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our team in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will be timeserved with a qualification in Joinery. You will need skills and experience in both Joinery and a secondary trade such as Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, etc.
You will be working in void properties, contributing to the creation and build of new affordable homes as well as maintain existing properties throughout Nottingham.
This will include installations & refurbishments of kitchens and bathrooms where you will be responsible for;
- 1st & 2nd Fix
- Door Hanging
- Floor Laying
- Basic Tiling
- Patch Plastering
- Basic Painting
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday. You will be working a standard 37 hour week with potential to take overtime. Specialist tools will be supplied but own basic hand tools will be required. You will need own transport and mileage will be paid for any work travel.
You will need;
- NVQ / C&G (Level 3 Qualification Desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own Transport
- Previous Experience (3+ years)
