About the Role:
As a Multi Trade Worker, you’ll be carrying out a variety of general repairs and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Carpentry, basic plumbing and general repairs.
- Painting and decorating
- General property maintenance and remedial works
- Fault finding and reactive maintenance
- Working to health and safety standards and schedules
- Proven experience in a Multi Trade or General Maintenance role
- Competent in a range of trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, painting)
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
- Permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday)
- Competitive salary of £37,600 per annum
