Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: £27ph

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' mental health needs, including the severity of symptoms and their impact on daily life.
• Conduct risk assessments for self-harm, harm to others, or vulnerability to exploitation.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor medication effectiveness and address side effects in collaboration with prescribing psychiatrists.
• Respond to acute mental health crises, offering immediate support to prevent hospitalization.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fully enhanced valid DBS
• Community experience required.
• Mental health nursing degree is essential.

Rate Breakdown:
£27ph LTD | PAYE Inclusive: £24.29
We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
