Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on the patient's needs, goals, and preferences.
• Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises, helping to de-escalate situations and ensure safety.
• Identify and address any physical health issues related to mental health conditions or medications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, care plans, and progress.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must hold a mental health nursing degree.
• Fully enhanced valid DBS
• Community experience is required

Rate Breakdown
£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive | £21.68 Exclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
