Service Care Solutions are working alongside a local authority in Leicester for a Management Accountant to join their team on a temporary contract. Please find a description of the role below.
Rate: £24 to £28 per hour (Umbrella/Ltd) (Based on qualifications, interview performance and experience)
Contract: 3 months on going.
Location: Leicester
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear financial insights to non-financial stakeholders, including Budget and Senior Managers.
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and planning.
- Support submissions to government and partner organizations.
- Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to optimize financial performance.
- Advise departments on financial management and service efficiency.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 4 in a relevant field and AAT membership (or equivalent), OR a CCAB qualification.
- Experience in communicating financial information to non-financial professionals.
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, and planning skills.
- Collaborative and proactive, with experience supporting senior managers.
