Landscape Architect Design Lead

A client within the private sector based in Cheshire is currently recruiting for a Landscape Architect Design Lead to join their team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, permanent position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a consultancy environment.

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to manage projects from concept to delivery on site and working to quality, time and budget demands.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • developing and managing a portfolio of landscape design projects as Design Lead
  • consolidate and grow our existing landscape design team and expand our current portfolio and client base.
  • experience of the internal structures, relationships and processes of the Agency is not essential but would be an advantage.
  • providing support to planning and landscape planning colleagues

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you will require to be a Chartered Landscape Architect and have strong experience in landscape design and implementation.

The below skills would be essential for the role:

  • Strong experience in landscape design and implementation
  • Good communicator and able to work closely with clients as well as the internal teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of landscape design at a range of scales and across all

work stages

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering up to £50,000 per annum plus various other benefits.
