Our client in Vale of Glamorgan is looking to add a Joiner to their team. You will be based in the Vale area as a Maintenance Joiner working on domestic properties.

Monday - Friday
08:00-16:00

The Pay Rate will be:
£15 Per Hour Ltd

Responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for general maintenance and improvements to domestic and untenanted properties.
• Working with bathroom, kitchen, and other required areas to deliver high quality maintenance work.
• Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.
• Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales

Candidate Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Joinery or Equivalent.
• Experience in similar roles
• Full UK Driving License
