Internal Communications Partner (Job Share) Location: Sevenoaks, TN13
Salary: £16,081 for 15 hours per week (£39,669 FTE)
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (Job Share)

About the Role We are looking for a talented and driven Internal Communications Partner to join our communications and marketing team in a job share capacity, working 15 hours per week.

Reporting to the Head of Communications and Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering internal communications strategies. You will collaborate with teams across the organisation, ensuring that messages, campaigns, and projects are effectively communicated through a variety of established and evolving channels.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Planning, delivering, and evaluating internal communication strategies.
  • Managing internal communication channels to engage and inform employees.
  • Supporting the delivery of key campaigns, messages, and projects.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to enhance engagement.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in internal communications or a related field.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in managing communication channels and projects.

Location & Hours This role is based in Sevenoaks, TN13, with a hybrid working model (typically two office days per week for full-time employees). As part of a job share, we are looking for someone available across Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with some flexibility to meet team needs.
