About the Role We are looking for a talented and driven Internal Communications Partner to join our communications and marketing team in a job share capacity, working 15 hours per week.
Reporting to the Head of Communications and Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering internal communications strategies. You will collaborate with teams across the organisation, ensuring that messages, campaigns, and projects are effectively communicated through a variety of established and evolving channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning, delivering, and evaluating internal communication strategies.
- Managing internal communication channels to engage and inform employees.
- Supporting the delivery of key campaigns, messages, and projects.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to enhance engagement.
- Experience in internal communications or a related field.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in managing communication channels and projects.
