Are you passionate about delivering great services within a social housing environment? Join our client, a leading Housing Association, as a Housing Support Worker and play a key role in supporting their housing partners while being a vital member of an operational team.

THE ROLE

  • As a Housing Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Housing team and partners. Your key duties include:
  • Assisting the wider team with administrative duties.
  • Attending appointments and home visits with Housing Partners.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Developing networks and partnerships with external agencies.
  • Supporting project work and implementing decisions.
  • Offering advice and information to tenants.
  • Investigating customer complaints and dissatisfaction alongside Housing Partners.


THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, working within a social housing environment. You will also bring:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software, such as housing management systems.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Resilience and adaptability to change.
  • Flexibility in working hours and locations, including occasional out-of-office hours work.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.


THE CONTRACT
- 35 Hours Per Week, 09:00 to 17:00
- 12 Weeks, Temp to Perm
