Job Title: Housing Hub Lead
Location: Nottingham
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract Duration: 6-Month Temporary Contract
DBS Requirement: Enhanced DBS is essential.
Driving Requirement: Driving is essential.

About Us:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Housing Hub Lead to join our team in Nottingham. As a Hub Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operational delivery of support and housing management services to young people residing in our supported accommodation sites across Nottingham City. You will be responsible for line managing a team of up to nine staff, ensuring that all operational demands of the service are met in line with contractual requirements. Your primary focus will be to ensure that every young person is positively progressing through their journey with us across our 81 units of accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of support and housing management services to young people in supported accommodation.
Team Management: Line manage a team of up to nine staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
Contractual Compliance: Ensure that all operational demands of the service align with contractual requirements.
Progress Monitoring: Ensure that every young person is positively progressing through their journey within our supported accommodation.
Accommodation Units: Manage services across 81 units of accommodation, ensuring the well-being of residents.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and support a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, esidents, and external partners.
  • Operational Management: Experience in overseeing the day-to-day operations of housing and support services.
  • Contractual Compliance: Understanding of contractual requirements and the ability to ensure compliance.


Enhanced DBS: Enhanced DBS clearance is essential.
Driving Skills: A valid driver's license is essential for this role.
