Job title: Housing Compliance Administrator 
Location: Enfield EN1 (Hybrid 1 day per week in office - Tuesday.)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: 3 Month temporary
Weekly Hours: 35 hours per week

Job Purpose

We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Support Administrator to join a busy Technical Services team within Housing Property Services. This role is crucial in supporting the delivery of statutory compliance, coordinating documentation, ensuring high-quality administration, and helping maintain effective compliance procedures.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-focused, organised individual with strong IT skills and a passion for supporting service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide high-quality administrative support for compliance services, including data entry, documentation management, and record keeping.
  • Review risk assessments, service records, and raise relevant repairs or actions; monitor and chase outstanding tasks.
  • Upload and maintain supporting documents in line with agreed protocols.
  • Coordinate appointments between contractors, residents, and internal teams.
  • Handle contractor queries and manage follow-up communications effectively.
  • Prepare legal packs and manage the issue of access letters to residents.
  • Support the delivery of service improvements, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records, support reporting, and assist in service planning and project delivery.

Ideal Candidate:
 
  • Experience working within a business support or administration environment, delivering high-quality services.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience supporting change and efficiency initiatives.
  • Commitment to ongoing development of skills and knowledge.
