Service Care Solutions are working with a respected client to recruit a Head of Customer Services to run the department and develop the service. Providing support, guidance and leadership to the Customer Relations team, for a well known, national healthcare company.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + £250 Welcome Bonus
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time | Monday - Friday
Location: West Lancashire

Required:

  • Medical or Pharmaceutical Background
  • Outstanding understanding on NHS processes
  • Proven track record of developing a service
