Job Title: Governance Administrator
Location: N1 Islington ( Fully office based
Working Hours: Full-time, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Duration: 3-6 months

We are recruiting on behalf a housing provider for temporary Administrator on a full time basis, you will play a crucial role in supporting various activities, including the signing and sealing of documents. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth preparation and execution of Board and Committee meetings and will manage the Governance Inbox. This role requires an full in-office presence at the office to facilitate the signing and sealing element of the position.

Job Role -

  • Assist with the signing and sealing of documents (comprehensive training will be provided).
  • Support preparations for Board and Committee meetings.
  • Monitor and manage the Governance Inbox.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Governance team.

Candidate Requirements -

  • Experience in Governance or Housing Administration is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
  • Proactive and willing to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
