Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Family Time Worker with Bolton Council
Bolton Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 18.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Facilitate and oversee Family Time sessions, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
✅ Work directly with families to achieve positive outcomes and support family relationships.
✅ Contribute to risk assessments and safeguard children and young people from harm.
✅ Provide evidence-based interventions in line with parenting capacity frameworks.
✅ Collaborate with social workers, professionals, and agencies to ensure coordinated support.
✅ Manage a caseload effectively, keeping detailed records of interventions and progress.
✅ Support families in their own homes, where appropriate, as part of rehabilitation plans.
✅ Escort children and families as needed.
About You:
🔹 Experience working with children and families, especially those with complex needs.
🔹 Relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Early Years, Health & Social Care).
🔹 Strong communication and organisational skills.
🔹 Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends.
🔹 A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
