Contact Worker

About the Role

Worcestershire County Council are currently seeking a Contact Worker to join their team.

Duration: Initially 3 months
Hours: 37 hours a week
Rate: £15.75 umbrella an hour
Location: Worcester

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising family time sessions to ensure that they are safe, child appropriate, and enjoyable.
• Working with children and their immediate and extended families.
• Completing accurate written recordings of observations of family time which will be filed to Court when in proceedings.
• Facilitating family time sessions both within venues and within the community.

Requirements

• Experience working with children and families.
• Experience within family contact
