ESOL Tutor

Duration: Initially 3 months
Hours: 18 hours a week (occasional evening hours until 9.30pm)
Rate: £24 umbrella an hour (£19 PAYE an hour)

The London Borough of Sutton is looking for a Sessional Tutor to join their team to teach ESOL from Entry Level up to Level 2 Qualification

Responsibilities

Undertake a teaching commitment for the work offered and you are available for
Plan, prepare, deliver and evaluate all courses you are responsible for
Deliver stimulating sessions that will inspire learners
Set high expectations for learners from the start of the learning journey, outlining and embedding college and course expectations

Requirements

Experience of delivering ESOL qualifications up to level 2 with exam board Trinity or other exam boards
Appropriate teaching qualification for the Post 16 sector
Qualification in the subject specialism
Experience of teaching in Adult Education or Further education
