Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a local authority based in Greater Manchester who are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their team on a contract basis. Please find below further details regarding this role.
This Role is on a Part time contract basis which pays a competitive rate of £45-£50 an hour umbrella depending on experience.
Responsibilities as a Employment Solicitor:
- Give legal advice on employment law matters.
- Draft and review contracts, policies, and employment-related documents.
- To manage Employment Law caseload from start to completion.
- To motivate and engage the team to create the right working environment to influence effective performance.
About you as an Employment Solicitor:
- Must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with relevant employment law experience.
- At least 3 years PQE in employment Law.
- Previous experience working within the public sector.
