We are seeking a fully qualified Electrician to join our Home Repairs Team, working across domestic properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to become part of a well-established team, carrying out essential electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance in domestic properties.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely.
- Conduct electrical inspections, testing, and certification to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard.
- Provide excellent customer service while working in occupied homes.
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Fully qualified electrician with Level 3 Electrical Installation.
- AM2 qualification (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
- Testing and Inspection (2391 or equivalent) certification.
- Proven experience in domestic electrical work, including maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to work safely and efficiently.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work professionally with tenants and homeowners.
We will provide you with a company van, therefore a full driving licence is a must. You will also be assigned a specific geographical area where the majority of your work will take place, however you may need to attend other areas when the business requires. How to Apply:
