Fully Qualified Electrician – Home Repairs Team

We are seeking a fully qualified Electrician to join our Home Repairs Team, working across domestic properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to become part of a well-established team, carrying out essential electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance in domestic properties.
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely.
  • Conduct electrical inspections, testing, and certification to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard.
  • Provide excellent customer service while working in occupied homes.
  • Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified electrician with Level 3 Electrical Installation.
  • AM2 qualification (or equivalent).
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
  • Testing and Inspection (2391 or equivalent) certification.
  • Proven experience in domestic electrical work, including maintenance, repairs, and installations.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to work safely and efficiently.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work professionally with tenants and homeowners.

We will provide you with a company van, therefore a full driving licence is a must.  You will also be assigned a specific geographical area where the majority of your work will take place, however you may need to attend other areas when the business requires.  How to Apply:
