We have an excellent position available with a leading housing association in Doncaster, dedicated to providing high-quality homes and services to tenants. We are seeking a skilled and qualified Electrician to join our repairs and maintenance team, working across void and tenanted homes to ensure the safety and comfort of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in line with regulatory standards
• Inspect, test, and certify electrical installations
• Ensure all safety procedures and risk assessments are followed
• Respond to emergency call-outs as needed and handle repairs
• Work closely with the maintenance team and housing officers
• Keep accurate records of all work completed

The hourly pay rate for this role is £20.62 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £17.58 Inclusive of holiday).

You will need;

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Proven experience in repairs, maintenance, and fault finding
