Position: Diagnostic Radiographer

Pay Rate: £21ph

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and fluoroscopy, as appropriate to their training and department needs.
• Prepare patients for imaging, explaining procedures to reduce anxiety and gain cooperation.
• Apply radiation protection measures in compliance with Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulations (IR(ME)R).
• Communicate findings to radiologists for formal reporting or escalate urgent abnormalities as required.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of imaging procedures and patient interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fully enhanced valid DBS
• Diagnostic Radiography degree required.
• Diagnostic Radiography experience essential.

Rate Breakdown:
£21ph LTD | PAYE Inclusive: £19.02
We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
