We are looking for 2 dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager's to join a dedicated team in a residential care setting. We have 2 positions available at Erdington and Rugeley.
About the Role:
- You will be the right hand to the Registered Manager, supporting the smooth running of the home.
- You will ensure a safe and nurturing environment for the children and young people in our care.
- You will work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality care that meets the individual needs of each child.
- You will play a key role in staff development and training.
What you will bring:
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
- Minimum of 6 months experience supervising staff
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to safeguarding children
What we offer:
- Salary ranging between £29,991 - £34,791
- Full-time position (163 hours per month)
