We are recruiting a Deputy Manager on a permanent full-time basis to work within a CQC Good Rated Residential and Nursing Home.

Our client has been operating in the north for over 10 years specialising in Nursing and Dementia Care. All homes are purpose built modern facilities offering the highest standards of care.
The successful Deputy Manager will:
- Have strong leadership and communication skills.
- Be Nurse qualified, with 2+ years in a similar role.
- Hold in-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and inspections.
- Ability to demonstrate emotional resilience when faced with difficult and demanding situations.
