Conveyancing Fee Earner

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a highly regarded and community centred law firm, based in Birmingham, which needs a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team. In this role you will handle your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring a seamless and client-focused service.
 
Role: Conveyancing Fee Earner
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30,000 to £60,000per annum (this will be dependent on experience and qualification)
 
The responsibilities involved in with the Conveyancing Fee Earner role:
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
  • Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and managing completions
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing as a Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, or qualified solicitor/legal executive/barrister
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently on your own caseload
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
