Job Title: Contract Administrator
Salary: £13.17 P/H PAYE
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Type: Temporary Ongoing
Location: Birmingham, B3
Start Date: ASAP
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday | 09:00am - 17:00pm | Hybrid

Are you a highly organised individual with excellent administrative skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our client's team in Birmingham. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Senior Management Team, contributing to the smooth operation of our services that support low to medium risk offenders who have recently been released from custody.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Management Team.
  • Take minutes during meetings and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Handle printing tasks for staff, ensuring all materials are ready as needed.
  • Book travel arrangements and hotels for staff, managing logistics efficiently.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Enhanced DBS check (Adult and Child), registered on the update service.
  • Strong administrative experience, particularly in supporting management teams.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in minute-taking and general office duties.
  • Valid driver's license, own vehicle, and business insurance are required.
