Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for a Community Nurse to join an NHS team in Birmingham on an agency contract. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care in the community, ensuring patients receive appropriate support and treatment in their own homes or care settings.
Role Details:
- Location: Birmingham
- Contract Type: Temporary (Agency)
- Working Hours: Predominantly 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM shifts
- Shifts: Flexible, covering a range of days based on service requirements
- Pay Rate: £21.50 per hour Ltd (paid via umbrella)
- Delivering community-based nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management
- Providing holistic assessments and implementing care plans for patients
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and independence
- Ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to NHS policies and procedures
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration
- Full, clean UK driving licence with business insurance (essential)
- Previous experience in community nursing or a similar role
- Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
