Responsibilities:
- Performing initial health assessments for patients in their homes, clinics, or community centres.
- Cleaning, dressing wounds, and monitoring for signs of infection.
- Administering medications, including injections and IV treatments, as prescribed.
- Assisting patients with conditions such as diabetes, asthma, or cardiovascular diseases through regular check-ups and counselling.
- Coordinating care plans with other healthcare providers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fully enhanced, valid DBS
- Community experience
- Must have nursing degree.

Rate Breakdown
£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive | £21.68 Exclusive
We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
