Shift Pattern: 2-3 days per week
Pay Rate: Day £27ph

Responsibilities:

• Providing dietetic assessment, advice and care planning to community patients,
• Working alongside other health professionals to provide a MDT approach to the care of vulnerable elderly patients with nutritional needs.
• Work with HEF patients to ensure their care is safe and effective

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Hold a registration with HCPC
• Fully enhanced valid DBS
• Dietry expereicne required.

Rate Breakdown
£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive | £21.68 Exclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
