Position - Communal Cleaner

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
Employment Type: Temporary (3 months), with potential for permanent position
Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Service Care Construction are seeking a dedicated and reliable Communal Cleaner to join a reputable local housing association working out of the Berkshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to re-enter the workforce and contribute to an organisation that values growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean communal areas within blocks of flats to ensure a pristine living environment for residents.
- Remove small dumped items and bin bags, transporting them to designated collection areas.
- Report larger items that require bulk removal to the appropriate channels.
- Perform a range of cleaning tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, and washing floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and other fixtures and fittings.
- Conduct litter picking and carpet cleaning in residential communal areas.
- Drive to various locations to effectively complete assigned cleaning jobs using the provided vehicle.

Requirements
- Full UK Driving License is essential, as a vehicle will be provided for work-related duties.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- A proactive approach to identifying and reporting maintenance issues.
