Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager (ACHT 5-Bed Home)
Location: Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands
Salary: Basic salary £42,500 - £46,500, with performance-related bonuses increasing total potential earnings to £66,500 - £70,500.
Relocation Bonus: Up to £5,000 for candidates willing to relocate.

Are you an experienced and passionate leader in residential childcare? Do you have the drive to create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children with complex needs? We are seeking a dedicated Children's Home Registered Manager to lead an ACHT 5-bed children's home.

About the Role

As the Registered Manager, you will:

  • Lead and develop a skilled team to deliver high-quality care for children with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
  • Provide a therapeutic environment that enables children to thrive and feel at home.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, aiming for "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings.
  • Manage all aspects of the home, from budgets to safeguarding, creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space.

About You

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential care for children, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
  • A proven track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings in recent Ofsted inspections.
