Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority based in Greater Manchester. They are looking for an Childcare solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This role pays a competitive rate of £50 - £55 an hour umbrella depending on experience.
This role is on a temporary basis with potential to be long term.
Responsibilities as a childcare solicitor:
- Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
- Preparing Legal documents and correspondence.
- Providing legal advice and support to the company's clients in matters related to child care and protection
- Able to do advocacy when needed
About you as a childcare solicitor:
- A qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in child care law
- Drafting Legal documents to a high quality standard
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
