Tenancy and Estates Case Manager

Location: Taunton TA1
Salary: £16.50 per hour (PAYE) / £20.72 per hour (LTD)
Contract Type: Temporary

Are you an experienced housing professional passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals? We are recruiting for a Tenancy and Estates Case Manager to support and sustain tenancies while addressing a range of housing-related enquiries and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be accessible to customers, handling all housing-related enquiries from initial tenancy advice to managing complex cases.
  • Provide comprehensive support to vulnerable customers, ensuring their tenancies are sustained.
  • Oversee the administration and management of 550-750 social housing tenancies, ensuring adherence to housing policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions on the Open Housing System.
  • Regularly engage with vulnerable individuals, offering tailored support and guidance.

About You:

  • Proven experience in working with vulnerable individuals and managing complex tenancy issues.
  • Strong knowledge of housing laws, policies, and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
