Service Care Solutions have a vacancy for a Mobile Caretaker to join a client they are working with in Essex on an initial 6 month contract. Working 37 hours per week, the Mobile Caretaker will assist in the delivery of a responsive customer-based service for residents.

Responsible for maintaining communal areas within Council Housing Estates, duties will include communal cleaning, grounds maintenance, estate inspections, carrying out small maintenance repairs as well as some responsibility in the health & safety and security issues of estates.

To provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all housing estates are maintained to a safe and clean environment.

Candidates must have a Full UK Driving licence/Access to their own vehicle.

The client will pay mileage to cover travel between sites, but not for the initial journey from home to the first site and return.
