CAMHS Crisis Nurse - Coventry (NHS)
Service Care Solutions is recruiting a CAMHS Crisis Nurse for the NHS in Coventry. This is a dynamic role providing urgent mental health care to children, young people, and their families in line with local and national guidelines.

  • Hours: 8 am-8 pm, Monday to Sunday.
  • Pay Rates (Ltd):
    • Weekdays: £27/hour
    • Saturday/Nights: £32/hour
    • Sundays/Bank Holidays: £40/hour
  • Payment: Weekly via umbrella.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Band 7 RISE Crisis Team Leads to develop the service.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions in acute care settings.
  • Provide mental health support for young people, focusing on crisis management and self-harm prevention.
  • Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Experience in child and adolescent mental health (CAMHS) and crisis care.
  • Ability to hold and manage an independent caseload.
  • Strong skills in communication, consultation, and collaborative care planning.
