Business Support Assistant (NJE GR3)

Job Description

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Business Support Officer in Nottingham to join their team on a temporary basis. Please find a description of the role below.

Rate: £14.65 per hour

Hours: 37 per week

Location: Nottingham

Contract: 3 months on going

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise and process purchase orders, confirming receipt of goods/services
  • Input data into BMS/SAP systems and manage shopping cart approvals
  • Reconcile business credit card transactions and assist with invoice approvals
  • Process travel claim payments and maintain accurate records
  • Resolve order, payment, and invoice queries
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, Equality & Diversity, and Health & Safety policies

Key Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and order management systems (BMS/SAP preferred)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills
  • Awareness of GDPR, confidentiality, and equal opportunities
