An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a leading provider of innovative recruitment solutions within the construction sector. We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to develop client relationships, drive sales growth, and identify new business opportunities within the industry.

Salary

£35,000 - £40,000

North West & surrounding areas

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with construction industry clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, proactively generating and qualifying leads.
  • Attend weekly industry networking events to expand connections and enhance brand presence.
  • Gain a deep understanding of market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape within the construction sector.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and ongoing communication.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and customer support) to enhance business operations.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction sector.
  • Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
  • Confident communication and presentation abilities.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to attend networking events and meet with clients regularly.
