Business Administrator – Cheshire East Council

? Location: Cheshire East
? Salary: Grade 5
? Contract Type: Full-time

Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for a new challenge? Cheshire East Council is seeking a Business Administrator to support the Children’s Partnership Boards and the Children’s Development and Partnerships Team.

Key Responsibilities: ? Co-ordinate agendas, reports, and meetings for multi-agency and senior management boards
? Provide administrative support, including financial processing tasks
? Liaise with senior managers and external partners
? Organise events such as conferences, workshops, and development days
? Manage office systems, incoming calls, and email enquiries
? Support service improvements in Children’s Services

Requirements: ? Experience in administration (minute-taking and arranging meetings preferred)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Strong organisational and communication skills
? Ability to work independently and within a team
? Resilience and ability to handle confidential information professionally
