Job Description

This company is seeking a highly motivated and organised Business Support Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with administration for the Early Help Unit. This is a hybrid role, with some need to go into the office as and when required. The ideal candidate must have good attention to detail and high level of accuracy in a busy environment as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing processes. Good communication skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with administration for the Early Help Unit
  • Attend the office as and when required
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in a busy environment
  • Adapt quickly to changing processes
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Support Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

  • Minimum of GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or similar field

Salary

£14.24ph
