Service Care Solutions are working with Isle of Wight NHS Trust to recruit a Band 7 Dietitian in the Isle of Wright area. This is a specialist service supporting Adults with various mental and physical conditions and who have been referred to the dietetic department across Acute, Community and Mental Health Services. The duration of this contract is for 12-weeks with the likelihood of extension. This is a Remote Vacancy.
Pay Rate: £30.00 LTD p/h + £250 SCS Welcome Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Job Purpose - Band 7 Dietitian
Key Responsibilities:
- To support the current dietitians in provision of general ward cover and associated clinical administration.
- Adapt resources to meet language, learning, and physical disabilities associated with communication difficulties.
- To support other qualified staff in the management and execution of clinical practice. Working in a Multi-Disciplinary Team, liaising with all members to advise on treatment and dietary management for patients and their families/carers.
- To carry out duties delegated and supervised by the accountable and responsible dietitians.
- To provide a high standard of care, working with other dietitians in Mental Health to support implementation of MARISIPAN Policy.
- To manage own caseload of patients who require ongoing management and support with complex needs.
Essential:
- Degree or equivalent in Dietetics, accredited by the British Dietetic Association
- HCPC Registration
