Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - Nights | Holt Ward
Location: Holt Ward
Shift Pattern: Night Shifts
Rate : £26 ph Ltd
Contract Type: Long-Term Agency Contract.

About Holt Ward:
Holt Ward is a dynamic and welcoming environment, offering excellent care and support working aged adults. The ward is a 14 Bed, mixed gender assessment ward based in Worcester. Holt take all admissions from the community for patients in acute crisis.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high standards of nursing care during night shifts
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and well-being
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medication, and provide emotional support
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
  • Contribute to a positive working environment and promote continuous improvement in care quality

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RMN)
  • In date Safety Intervention Training. Rate rises can be agreed for candidates with existing S.I training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time well
  • Previous experience in a similar clinical setting (desirable but not essential)
  • A commitment to delivering person-centered care

The rates for this position are:

Monday - Friday £22 p/h.
Saturdays and nights £26 p/h.
Sundays and Bank Holidays 30 p/h.

Please also bear in mind our £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3 month contract.
