Responsibilities
๐ฉโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ Support Families: Undertake statutory duties for children in need, child protection, and court proceedings.
๐ค Collaboration: Work with families to assess needs, create safety plans, and drive positive changes.
๐ Case Management: Facilitate interventions and permanence planning to ensure children's safety and well-being.
๐ Partnership Working: Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements
โ
Qualified Social Worker with registration with Social Work England.
โ
Minimum of post-ASYE experience with knowledge of child protection and family support.
โ
Strong communication, risk assessment, and decision-making skills.
โ
Proven ability to manage complex cases effectively and professionally.
โ
A solid understanding of relevant legislation and statutory guidance.
